I took these photos outside of a rest area in New Mexico. Every church should have this immediate response approval system installed right smack dab in the lobby. Maybe, just maybe church would change for the better!

Forward thinking churches that truly desire to help people and want growth survey not only members but visitors. Don’t ask your staff what people think! Don’t ask your friends, neighbors, or your mother! If you want the real truth listen to people who do not have a relationship bias with you or the origination! Let’s be honest! Church is to be about OTHER people so it is IMPORTANT to know what OTHER people HONESTLY think. Of course you may not like what you find out which is exactly why you refuse to honestly listen in the first place. You may have to actually change!

What are you scared of? Are you called to minster to yourself or others? If you answer others than start listening!
